SAVI elevates popular restaurant with intuitive control system
Introduction
Bavarian-inspired restaurant, Rhein Haus, is a 13,000 sq. ft. historic space located in Tacoma’s Stadium neighborhood. The Seattle born establishment features four indoor bocce ball courts, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large outdoor patio. Rhein Haus boasts a scratch kitchen that rolls outs delicacies such as giant pretzels, Hungarian goulash, burgers, schnitzel, and an impressive catalog of smoked meats. They also have a curated selection of German, Belgian, and American beers.
The Challenge
To match the grandeur of their menu, Rhein Haus was looking for a solution that would control the expanse of their establishment and level up their customers’ experience. This system needed to be consistent and intuitive enough for employees to control Rein Haus quickly and with ease.
The Solution
Rhein Haus partnered with Wipliance to install the SAVI control and automation solution throughout their establishment.
The Technology
Wipliance installed 19 displays throughout the dining area and the patio to add another level of entertainment for their guests while they indulged in their meal. There were 6 audio zones equipped with powerful SONOS speakers for an immersive and lively environment.
All of these endpoints were controlled by SAVI. The strength of the SAVI Server Pro controlled the venue with ease and gave the staff a new sense of management when they could easily change a display or alter the audio.
The SAVI UI supplied Rhein Haus with an array of capabilities that would enhance the productivity of the venue. These included 48 custom scenes and macros that could be deployed with a simple tap and eliminate redundant tasks for end-users.

Rhein Haus is known for its culture rich establishment and their irresistible menu. Now supplied with SAVI, Rhein Haus can continue its legacy and attract their customers with a revolutionized audio-visual system for optimal experiences.
